Shop Pumpkin Spice Blog Hop

Welcome, everyone, to the 1st Shop Pumpkin Spice Blog Hop, introducing the new design team! We are so excited to show you our creations inspired by the products found at Pumpkin Spice. This amazing online store sells reliable brand-name products at awesome prices.

I'm the first stop! If you are starting here, head back to the Pumpkin Spice Blog and learn about the blog hop. Leave a comment on all the blogs and you are entered to win a $20 gift certificate at the Pumpkin Spice store at each stop! So sweet!

I was inspired by the Echo Park "For the Record" 6x6 paper pad. It's such awesome paper with double sided prints and a variety of matching patterns from floral to newsprint.

Don't you just love it!

I was inspired by some old acetate packaging and knew I wanted to turn it into a decorative fridge frame.

I started with the Fancy Frames Cricut cart and cut the frame twice in two different sizes. I inked the edges of the inner frame with Distress Ink Antique Linen. Then I cut and glued a 4.5'' x 6.5'' piece of acetate to the back of the frame. I glued a same-sized piece of white cardstock behind the acetate, making sure I didn't glue across the top. This is where the photo slips in.

I used the Flower Shoppe Cricut cartridge to make these awesome 3D flowers. First, I cut out different sizes and shapes of flowers and layered them. Then, I rolled the edges with my paintbrush to add dimension. I adhered them together with hot glue and a brad. I am addicted to making these flowers and I love how the double sided paper makes them pop!

The leaves and rolled flowers are also cut from the Flower Shoppe cartridge. I ran the leaves through the Floral Fantasy Cuttlebug folder for texture. Finally, I hot glued some magnets on the back of the frame.

Here are some close-up pics of the photo frame on my fridge with a picture of my sister and brother-in-law.
